Refund Policy

Faulty or misrepresented books: You have the right to a refund or replacement if a book is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

No refund or exchange on used books, personalised books or outside of 14 days purchase.  Sale items are not able to be exchanged, returned or refunded.

"Change of mind" returns:  We do not offer a refund for "change of mind" purchases. 

Return costs: Customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.
